These terms govern your use of EverWed. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you publish on your wedding website.
Packages and payment
The Free package costs nothing. Paid packages (Plus, Pro and Ultimate) are once-off purchases in South African rand that apply to one wedding for its lifetime on EverWed. Prices include VAT where applicable. Upgrades are charged the difference between your current package and the new one.
Refunds
If EverWed doesn’t work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, provided the paid features have not been substantially used.
Acceptable use
Don’t use EverWed to send spam, to upload content you don’t have the rights to, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that put other people or the service at risk.
Guest content
Guests can upload photos and messages to your wedding. You can approve, hide or delete them. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.
Availability
We work hard to keep EverWed available and your data safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Please keep copies of anything critical, such as your guest list export.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email before they take effect.
